Melissa Mroz MS
Hello, I’m Melissa Mroz.
Melissa Mroz MS, owner of 360 Agility, is an Integrative Therapist, and Motivational Speaker. She specializes in neural health, rehabilitation, and the mind-body connection. She also teaches at Widener University and is a continuing education provider.
Melissa’s interest in human development and the life sciences began in childhood as a response to her adoption. At 18 years old, her knowledge and willpower were put to the test after sustaining a traumatic brain injury in a severe car accident. Through persistence, self-determination and awareness, Melissa developed resilience while graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Therapy (CTRS). Later, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Yoga Therapy at Maryland University of Integrated Health (C-IAYT). She also earned her Physical Fitness Certification through AFAA/NASM, is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT), a Certified Laughter Leader and Reiki Master.

Melissa has spent her career working with everyone from young leaders to our seniors, people who are differently abled to professional athletes. She provides practices that optimize mental and physical core integrity, resilience against adversity and vitality throughout the lifespan. Melissa is a devoted vegan and lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her beautiful scarlet macaw, Indy, whom she rescued. In her free time, Melissa enjoys being in nature, painting, dancing, and quality time with loved ones.
